Workshop Overview

ESRB is holding a second technical workshop to discuss parties’ proposed revisions to General Order (GO) 167-B regarding the inclusion of operation and maintenance standards for energy storage systems as required by SB 1383.  We will post the workshop presentation and materials in advance of the second workshop on the Electric Generation Safety and Reliability webpage.

Workshop Comments

ESRB invites parties to submit comments on staff’s proposed changes to GO 167-B. The revised ESRB Staff Proposal will be posted to the webpage on May 24, 2024:

In written comments, please provide your suggested edits and comments to staff’s proposed changes to GO 167-B in redline format or track changes.  Comments should be emailed to the GO 167 inbox:

GO167@cpuc.ca.gov with the subject title “SB 1383 ESS Operation and Maintenance Standards - Workshop II” no later than close of business Thursday, June 27, 2024.
