Representatives from the Consumer Affairs Branch (CAB) will provide an overview of its role at the CPUC and share useful information to help consumers address billing and service issues. The Public Advocates Office (Cal Advocates) will discuss its advocacy on behalf of California utility customers, and how it promotes safe, reliable, and affordable utility service.
