Pilar Manriquez

Pilar Manriquez joined the CPUC as Deputy Chief of Staff to Commissioner Guzman Aceves and now serves Commissioner John Reynolds office. Previously, she participated in the Capitol Fellows Program where she served Commissioner Monahan’s office at the California Energy Commission. As a native to rural Helm CA, she is motivated in building bridges for community members through political and economic advocacy. She earned her BA in Chicano Studies with an emphasis in public policy from the University of California. She enjoys running, reading, and cooking.
