 The California Public Utilities Commission's Energy Division will award a total of 5-6 prime contracts to support administrative and technical execution of the Energy Division and Program Administrator Energy Efficiency Evaluation, Measurement and Verification Plan (EM&V Plan) Version 7 and any future updates to the EM&V Plan.  The RFPs identify the portions the portfolio which would be the responsibility of the contractor.  The research areas are divided according to the general utility customer classification segmentations of the [Subject] research concepts in the EM&V Plan Version 7.  The Prime Contractor is responsible for the timely completion of work products, to meet the bus stop deadlines and schedule of the Rolling Portfolio Cycle adopted in D.15-10-028 and shown in Section 4: Scope of Work.

  • Contract Group A Bidder's Library
    In this RFP, the CPUC is seeking a Prime Contractor to carry out ex ante savings estimation, ex post EM&V, and post-evaluation savings parameter update tasks related to the {Subject].  The Contractor's team will primarily be focused on research and impact evaluations for commercial and residential sector programs, as well as lighting and HVAC markets, programs and measure groups.  The draft RFP can be downloaded from the CAL E-Procure website here.
